In Antigua and Barbuda they say there is a beach for every day of the year, the islands are the epitome of what paradise should be and is ideal for a second home.

Antigua was discovered by Christopher Columbus, who is said to have named it after a church in Seville, Spain, called Santa Maria la Antigua. Antigua and Barbuda are also known as Wadadli, which means "our own".

Engligh Harbor and the neighboring village of Falmouth are internationally famous yachting and sailing destinations. At the end of April and beginning of May is Antigua sailing week, an annual world-class regatta started in 1967 that brings many sailing vessels and sailors to the island to race and party.
