All buildings have been pre-engineered and constructed to meet hurricane and earthquake resistant standards.

Property has 3-phase electricity and water at site and underground storm drainage system with manholes and returns to the sea.

Underground communications and security system conduit and manholes are in place.

Electrical and mechanical systems have not yet been installed in the buildings.

Expansion Plan – Phase II

The original development plan outlines a second phase of expansion, involving the acquisition of additional land – additional investment required.

Should a new buyer wish to proceed with the plan, Phase II would provide the opportunity to expand the resort from 12 acres (with 26 guest rooms) to a total of 68 acres (with 100 guest rooms).
