This private island is completely self-sufficient with all utilities underground, water, sewage and power supply in place.

The island comes equipped with 5 diesel generators, 2 fresh water storage tanks (12,000 gallons and 14,000 gallons), solar panels for hot water and a fuel farm with a capacity to store 64,000 gallons of diesel and 13,000 gallons of gasoline.
