A short haul over a sandbank leads to Half Sound, an even larger almost totally enclosed bay where turtles and baby sharks also abound, and ospreys hunt.
The house is all on the same level with wheelchair access from the parking area.
The large window in the galley kitchen allows anyone cooking to enjoy the ocean view, while a BBQ is located on the back deck.
