Property Owners

  • Requirement: Must own property in Barbados with a value of at least US $300,000.
  • Fee: US $5,000 per adult for a 5 year period.

High Net Worth Individuals

  • Requirement: Must make an investment of at least US $2 million in Barbados and have net assets of at least US $5 million.
  • Fee: Ranges from US $3,500 to US $5,000 for an initial permit plus US $5,000 for an indefinite permit which lasts a lifetime upon turning 60 years of age.

Permanent Residency

After 5 years of living in Barbados, a financially-secure individual can apply for permanent residency in Barbados.
