7th Heaven Properties launches the second issue of annual magazine The Caribbean Property Investor.

7th Heaven Properties is delighted to announce that the 2011-2012 issue of the Caribbean Property Investor Magazine is now available. The Caribbean Property Investor is a highly targeted annual publication showcasing the region’s most exceptional properties, the most sought after investments and the most desirable travel destinations the Caribbean has to offer.

This year’s stunning edition has been re-designed from cover to cover. It has also been doubled in size to allow for even more quality content. As 7th Heaven Properties’ Marketing Director Robert Cooper explains

“The Caribbean is an exceptionally beautiful part of the world. We wanted to capture that beauty on every single page.”

The magazine is targeted at high-net worth individuals looking to buy property in the Caribbean or considering travelling to the region, investors and property developers. This issue showcases some of the Caribbean’s most luxurious developments, as well as hotels and spas. The opulence of Barbados’ magnificent One Sandy Lane, which graces the cover, sets the tone. Founder Walter Zephirin comments:

“Having experienced a marked increase in property enquiries at the top end of the market, as high net worth investors have pulled away from other more troubled regions and looked to the Caribbean as a stable, secure safe haven, we oriented The Caribbean Property Investor towards the luxury market.”

This issue features in-depth interviews with several of the leading property developers and investors in the region, including One Sandy Lane’s Keith Rubenstein and David Brillembourg of Brilla Group. Contributions from Flight Centre First & Business, Moneycorp, PwC and many other partners provide property buyers and travellers to the Caribbean with indispensable tips and insight covering wealth management, tax and offshore trusts.

The Living & Lifestyle section provides a flavour of the very best the Caribbean has to offer, from diamond and West Indian antique shopping to the polo season and Demerara Rum. It also includes interviews with UK music stars Mica Paris and Marlon Roudette about their Caribbean heritage.

The Caribbean Property Investor magazine is edited by Judith Baker, who brings a wealth of experience from The Sunday Telegraph, CNN Traveller, and various in-flight and travel publications. She is a member of The British Guild of Travel Writers and The British Society of Magazine Editors.
