Norwegian Air to add flights to Martinique from Fort Lauderdale, New York JFK & Montréal this winter.

Martinique is set to receive a vote of confidence in its appeal as a destination from European airline Norwegian Air.

This Winter the low cost carrier will increase its flight services to Martinique from both the USA and Canada.

Increased Flights from the USA to Martinique

The airline will increase flight from both Florida and New York.

Fort Lauderdale

From 31st October 2018 Norwegian Air will operate 4 flights per week from Fort Lauderdale to Martinique.

This represents 1 extra flight per week in comparison to last year.

New York JFK

From 28th October 2018, the carrier will operate 6 weekly flights from New York JFK to the French Caribbean island – up from 4 weekly flights in 2017/2018.

Increased Flights from Canada to Martinique

Norwegian also plans to launch a new flight service from Canada.

Montréal

From 1st November 2018 the carrier will operate seasonal flights from Montréal to Martinique’s Aimé Césaire International Airport 3 times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The extra flights are set to enhance the attractiveness of Martinique to visitors from the crucial North American market and showcase real estate in Martinique to potential vacation home buyers.
