Bonaire

Bonaire is a divers dream and is home to some of the most spectacular scuba diving sites in the world. This Island is a true Caribbean paradise. The island is surrounded by coral reefs and the entire coastline is a marine sanctuary. Bonaire is also famed for its flamingo populations.

Bonaire is located in Netherlands Antilles, and is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Aruba Bonaire and Curacao forms a group referred locally as the ABC islands. Bonaire was originally claimed for the Spanish by Amerigo Vespucci and Alonso de Ojeda in 1499.

Bonaire enjoys one of the highest standards of living in the Caribbean region and has diverse appeal. The stunning white beaches host many activities, such as sailing, fishing, windsurfing, snorkeling and diving. The Currency is the Antilles Florin however US dollars are widely accepted.
