Overview – Berry Islands Real Estate

Located north of Nassau and east of Miami, USA, the Berry Islands comprise a chain of 30 islands plus over 100 small islets and cays spread across approximately 30 sq, covering about thirty square miles (78 km2) of the north-western part of the Out Islands.

Nicknamed “The Fish Bowl of the Bahamas,” the Berry islands are sparsely populated with a population of only about 700, most of whom live on Great Harbour Cay.

With miles of beautiful beaches, numerous reefs and dives sites and a 600 ft blue hole, the Berry Islands are ideal for diving, fishing or just relaxing in seclusion.

How to Get to the Berry Islands

There are 2 airports in the Berry Islands: Great Harbour Cay Airport and Chub Cay Airport (CCZ).

There are daily scheduled flights to Great Harbour Cay from Nassau, Grand Bahama and Florida.

For those arriving by sea, Chub Cay Club Marina and Great Harbour Cay Marina are designated Official Ports of Entry.
